Summer Reading 2008 - Metamorphosis

RULES & REQUIREMENTS
Teens in grades 6-12 are eligible
Sign-up (in person or online) June 30 - last week of program
Program dates: Monday, July 7—Friday, August 8

CLUB PROGRAMS
To attend each week’s program, teens must have read at least one book that week.
All programs are Thursdays, 3:30-4:30 pm in the Library Program Room
Thursday, July 10: Large Origami Stars
Thursday, July 17: Soda Can People
Thursday, July 24: PS2 Games
Thursday, July 31: Duct-tape Purses & Wallets
Thursday, August 7: Computer-Altered Photos

Thursday, August 14: Pizza Party and Grand Prize Raffle

To attend, teens must have read at least 8 books during the 5-week program, filled out book forms, and submitted them by Friday, August 8.

PRIZES

Grand Prize: you must complete the program to be eligible
iPod Shuffle

Other prizes:
Weekly raffle of a large Domino’s pizza for teens who have read at least one book that week
1 raffle ticket per book form returned
1 raffle ticket per longer, one-page, book review returned

One grab (small prizes) from the YA Grab Bag for each book read
One paperback book as a door prize for each teen who attends the Final Party
